Rishi Sujan
CEO
Rishi Sujan has been the CEO of Mega KLC Polymer Technologies since its inception in November 2019, a group company of JNV Ventures. Rishi joined the group in 2013 and pioneered its entry into plastics when his in-depth reading in automotive technologies alerted him to new trends in light weighting. He has spearheaded the JNV Ventures’ first foray into automotive plastics in 2014 with the establishment of Polyrub Plastics Private Limited. Under his leadership, the company now has 3 plants in plastics manufacturing & has also diversified beyond automotive into various non automotive industries as well. He has a Master’s degree in Business Management from a Kingston University, UK and is an active member of the Youth Business Leadership Forum of ACMA.
Ajay Gupta
Executive Director - Engineering & New Technologies
Ajay Gupta is Executive Director, Technical for JNV Ventures Group, and a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from University of Poona. He is an automotive components and systems development professional with experience of over 25 years in the R&D function with Hero Moto Corp., a leading two-wheeler manufacturer in India. At Hero Moto Corp., Ajay worked extensively in Product Design and Development, CKD indigenization, New Model development, Cost Improvement Programs and Project Management. During this stint with Hero Moto Corp., he acquired domain knowledge of both Indian and overseas auto parts sources, their technologies and manufacturing processes, quality parameters alongside experience in homologation, testing and CMVR regulatory compliance management. One of Ajay’s major contributions was the development of a system for evaporative emission compliance for two-wheelers, for which he holds a patent in his name. Ajay now handles JNV Ventures’ initiatives for new technology acquisition and for enhancing engineering and development capabilities. He also heads Mega Hefa Emission Technologies Pvt. Ltd which operates in the designing and manufacturing of carbon canisters for automotive industry and solenoid valves for the automotive as well as the white goods sector in India.
Nilesh Dahad
General Manager, Business Development
Nilesh Dahad has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad and was earlier with Varroc Engineering. Nilesh has additional qualifications in Foreign Trade having earned a diploma in 2006. He has a total of 28 years of experience. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and yoga.
Shivam Porwal
Sr. Manager, Operations
Shivam Porwal has taken over as Sr. Manager – Plant Operations at Mega KLC Polymer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him over 20 years of experience, having worked earlier with Vineil Hitek Tooling Company Pvt Ltd and Minda Vast Access System Pvt. Ltd. His expertise is in plastic injection moulding process, paint process and business excellence activities. He completed his advanced diploma in plastics processing from the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology or CIPET, from Hyderabad in 2005 and has also earned an MBA in Operations in 2008 from the National Institute of Business Management, Chennai. He has proven expertise in plant operations and implementation of projects, including setting up new machines, assembly lines, and managing teams.
Sameer Phatak
General Manager, Finance
Sameer Phatak has first degree in commerce, he qualified as a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a company secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Sameer has worked in various capacities in a 28-year career which includes being an independent tax consultant for a power-producing company, at IVP as CFO and Lord India as Head, Finance and Accounts. In his career he has wide ranging knowledge of the corporate finance function and has managed Indian tax compliances and submissions covering corporate tax, GST and withholding taxes including tax returns, internal reporting and tax accounting. Sameer has also established appropriate business practices, enhanced controls for credit risks, and built staff/supplier morale at a time of financial distress. He is an achievement-oriented professional with excellent people management and analytical skills.
Swapnil Inamdar
Assistant General Manager - Head Human Resources
Swapnil Inamdar has a Master’s in HR from the University of Wales, London. His first degree was a Bachelor’s in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Swapnil has experience in handling and managing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Centre of Excellence, Capability building, Organizational Development, Culture building and Change Management through various OD interventions. His comprehensive experience includes experience in developing and implementing Strategic HR projects that include revamping Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Value Proposition (EVP), Succession Planning, Competency Mapping and mapping Career Paths for employees. Swapnil brings 18 years of experience to his job having worked previously with Shapoorji Pallonji, a diversified business conglomerate.
